Hiya - We’re looking for a third person to replace our lovely flatmate who is moving onto new adventures.

About us: We are two women in our 20’s, looking for a third woman of a similar age to join us. We aren't party people and are looking for someone similar who would enjoy a friendly, peaceful, and tidy environment.
You’ll be living with Arundhati who is a researcher and enjoys reading, going to the beach when the weather holds up and going to the gym, and Yuliia who works in publishing.
We’re both pretty easygoing and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, cosy evenings in, and the occasional chat in the kitchen. We have a cleaning rota in place to make sure the flat stays tidy for everyone.

This is a bright, sunny, and spacious flat in central Hove. The number 7 bus stops across the street, Hove train station is only a 5 min walk away, and we are also close to shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. We are in zone N for parking permits.

The double bedroom is large in size and has built-in wardrobe, and has loads of space for you to make it your own. It would easily fit a double bed, desk, shelving unit, full size mirror.

The flat also has:
* 2 bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet, plus one with a bath)
* A large shared living/dining room
* A separate kitchen with all the essentials, including a washing machine and white goods

Currently the rent is £834 per month. Bills (including council tax, water, electricity, and broadband) come to around £190/month.

The room is available from April 1st contingent on referencing checks being completed by the letting agency.
