The Bedroom :)

Looking for a lovely person to share this beautiful first/second floor split level flat with my two gorgeous flatmates and a cat, Roo 🐱

THE ROOM
The room has a lovely bay window, and carpeted floors. It will come unfurnished (however the rest of the flat is furnished). There is a bathroom with shower/utility room which basically serves as your own en suite!
It has been my little sanctuary this past year and a half.

SHARED AREAS
the kitchen, living room and balcony are on the lower floor, and the large bathroom upstairs is shared and has a bath and shower. There is a hallway upstairs which fits 2 desks for anyone who is wfh.

HOUSEMATES
You’ll be sharing with two gorgeous people, Kim (32f) and Honey (30f) and Roo, the sassy cat. For this reason we can’t have someone else with pets :(
Honey works in HR and likes paddle boarding and spending her weekends chilling. Kim works in marketing and likes travelling, yoga and hiking.

We like to keep a homely vibe and hang out, watching tv, cooking and drinking wine and chatting :) However we like our downtime too. We’re not a party flat, but always up for a beer on the beach. The flat is beautiful and we like to keep it tidy :)
it’s important that you want to cultivate a homely vibe too, we’re not just looking for someone to be a ship in the night !

TRANSPORT
we have a bus stop 3 mins away with regular services into Brighton.
Aldrington and hove train stations are close by for getting into Brighton and London :)

BILLS
The rent for this room is £720pm, with bills coming to around £150pm (council tax, water, electric, gas, wifi) , which will probably go down coming into summer ☀️
