Rooftop Beachside Flat In Hove ! 🌞

Hi All! 🌞 I am looking for someone take up my gorgeous room in 2 bed flat, as my housemate is moving out and I'll be taking up their room, starting the 3rd of April. 😄

Important bits, rent is £650 (+£100 with bills), it's a calm, creative household in a nice, safe area of Hove by the sea.

A little about me - I'm Etienne, a 26 year old support worker and life model, creative and adventurous, having recently come back from hitchiking across Korea to Japan. I love to meditate, exercise, and indulge in creative practices (everything from cooking to poetry).

What I'm looking for in a housemate - someone kind, considerate and tidy, if we get on and spend quality time together like dinners & movie nights that would be ideal, but I understand if you need your space too!

Bits about Location and the Flat:
- 5 min walk from the sea 🌊
- 10 minute walk from Hove station
- 10 min walk from big Tescos!
- Close to cornerstores
- Room comes unfurnished
- Washing machine included
- Seaside view
- Balcony

Potential deal breakers (sorry!)
- No parking spot and can’t get a permit for our flat
- No lift and lots of stairs so not good accessibility wise 😞 (prob 40 stairs in total)
- No pets outside the flat (Sorry I'd love one too!)
