Beautiful sunny double room In private mews

Welcome to this beautiful double room in a private mews in Hove.
I am a photographer and traveller who is looking to replace my last fabulous flatemate of 5 years who has just bought his own flat.
I am a live in owner who is looking to share with a mature, responsible, considerate and trustworthy person.
The room has been completely redecorated and has a new ottoman bed and mattress, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
Shared livingroom/kitchen/bathroom however I travel a lot so am not here all the time.
The flat benefits from skylights so is lovley and bright.
The kitchen is well equiped with dishwasher, airfryer, microwave etc. There is also a washing machine.
The bathroom is gorgeous and when you have a bath you can gaze up through the sky lights and watch the stars!!!
My flat is situated in a private quiet mews that has the most wonderful community where we all keep an eye out for each other which is rare nowadays.
It is a 5 minute walk from Hove station so is ideal for a commute to London. Also the No 7 bus is a 2 minute walk that will take you to The Marina via Brighton station. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the same to all the bars and restaurants on Church Road.
I am looking for a person who is full time employed who may occasionally work from home. I am also cat friendly so would consider a furry addition to the household, but sorry no dogs as I am sadly alergic.
I love travel the arts and socialising however this is not a party house.
The rent is £875 which includes all untility bills, Neflix and broadband etc.
