I am offering a double bedroom in a beautiful, sunny 2 bedroom flat in Hove. It is on the top/third floor and has stunning sea views from both the reception room and kitchen.

It is available as a short-term (3-4 month) let, perhaps while you are in Brighton & Hove for a short time or if you've just moved to town and are looking for your own place.

The flat comprises:

-1 junior double bedroom
-bathroom with shower and bathtub
-entrance hallway
-large reception room
-large separate kitchen with breakfast nook
-balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking the sea.

Your room is fully furnished with bed, linens if you'd like, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers. The common areas include a dining table and chairs, breakfast bar chairs, sofa, standing desk, and Amazon tv.

I am looking for someone from early April until early July. I am able to offer some flexibility, so please enquire.

I am hoping for a female flatmate who will take great care of the flat, and who is generally respectful and responsible.

No smoking and no pets, please.
