The flat is a 3 bedroom, close to St Ann’s Well Gardens (you could consider this the front garden).
The living room is spacious with plenty of light coming in, and is a lovely space to unwind.
The kitchen, although small, has all the appliances and has a door to the rear balcony.
Double Bedroom (available 17th of April), can come partially furnished if agreed previously or fully unfurnished. This double bedroom is quite spacious and can fit a desk.
I have lived here for 1 year and a few months, and absolutely love it. The location is perfect, just a short 8 minute walk to the beach, and opposite one of the best parks. It also benefits from being close to both Hove and Brighton station, so great for commuters or visitors. There are some lovely cafés and restaurants just up the road.
I’m looking to share the space with a clean, tidy, kind, mindful of noise and mature professionals. Females preferred.
Rent is for room only. The bills come to about £140 each a month. Deposit is one month’s rent and paid to the landlady, and she would also require a reference from workplace and previous landlord.
