My current flatmate has gone back up north, so I am in search of someone to share this beautiful, large, light , airy flat with. It has big sach windows and high ceilings. The light in this large room is beautiful in the afternoon and looks out onto some lovely gardens. No noise and no adjoining walls. As well as plenty of cupboards space. The flat has a big kitchen / diner and 1.5 bathrooms.
Bills and council tax included.
I am away often for work and family obligations, so you will have the place to yourself some of the time. I am fun, friendly, tidy and considerate, looking for someone similar.

I am currently doing viewings on the morning of the 7th, 8th and 9th. If you like the room and we are compatible you can move in at your earliest convenience.
Couples may be considered but would have to raise the monthly rent.
