There are two bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room area with washing machine, dishwasher, and big double door fridge. The flat is on the ground floor with an off street parking space outside and a huge garden with shed. The street and neighbours are super friendly and there’s a street groupchat too for any enquiries. Portslade train station / high street / buses with 20 min journey to town centre are a quick walk away too.

Rent £700, council tax £60, rest of bills depend on usage approx another £70.

You would be sharing with two people - a woman and non binary person. Some of the furniture/homeware in the photos will be going so people with their own furniture are welcome to message as there’s lots of space if you need it(we can confirm this later)

The tenancy is from 8th April 2026 for potentially a year (awaiting confirmation).The landlord is reasonable and agency are quick to sort out repairs too.
