I’m offering a bright, furnished double room in my 3-bedroom terraced house in Hove. The house is on a quiet residential road near Hove Junior School, about a 10–15 minute walk to Portslade Station, 10–15 minutes to the beach, and close to three frequent bus routes — so very well connected.
The room has a built-in wardrobe and plenty of natural light. It’s furnished, and I can provide a desk if needed.
Downstairs is an open-plan living/dining space that feels relaxed and welcoming, a small but functional kitchen, and a sunny patio garden which is lovely in the warmer months.
This is very much a home rather than just a house share. The atmosphere is friendly, calm and relaxed — somewhere to unwind after a busy day.
I’m looking for a mature, considerate professional who has their own established routine and full life, but who is also open to a chat or the occasional shared meal when it suits us both. It would suit someone who works most days and values a peaceful, respectful living environment.
