A queer-inclusive, cute and wholesome housemate vibe, who like hanging out in and out of the flat. We can be found having pints at the local, swimming in the sea and watching a good series. As standard, we strike a good balance between being clean but not having a nervy b if there is a spoon on the side.

Rosie (she/her, 29) works in the charity sector and Gracie (she/her, 30) works in the NHS (no shift work). Ideally, you’d also work hybrid or fully in the office.

1 double room available in a 3-bed flat. Amazing location, near Brunswick Square and a few mins from the sea. The room is unfurnished but our housemate is selling their bed.

Room is £750 pcm (not including bills) and there is a £75 referencing fee with the estate agents. Minimum tenancy 6 months.
