Gorgeous Spacious Room 🌞 In Hove

Hi All! 🌞 I am looking for someone take up my housemates gorgeous, spacious room in a 2 bed flat, starting the 1st of April 😄 I know it's messy now as they're movig but it will all be tidy soon!

Important bits, rent is £675 (bills not included), it's a calm chill household with 1 housemate in a lovely, quiet area of Hove - 5 minutes from the seafront !

A little about me:
I'm creative, kind and adventurous (last year I went skydiving and hitchiked from Korea to Japan!) I'm a support worker for adults with learning disabilities, and life model for art classes 😀

What I'm ideally looking for:
Someone communicative and pro-active: you like to live in a cosy, (more or less) tidy home with good vibes as well as enjoy doing things together sometimes (dinners, movie nights, runs f. e) but also respecting your own needs. No-one's perfect, but if this is you, send me a message!

Bits about Location and the Flat:
- 10 min walk from Hove station
- 5 minutes from the seafront
- 2 min walk from corner stores
- 10 min walk from big Tescos!
- Room comes furnished
- Washing machine included

Potential deal breakers:
- no parking spot and can’t get a permit for our flat
- no lift and lots of stairs so not good accessibility wise 😞 (prob 40 stairs in total)
- no pets outside the flat (Sorry!)
