Bills included and parking space! En-suite double room in a quiet 2 bed Hove apartment, – owner rarely home, so you’ll have the flat to yourself most of the time, and parking space. This is a lodger setup, but not a typical house share – just two people in total and a calm, low-occupancy home. You’ll have a spacious double bedroom with your own private en-suite shower room, effectively giving you a one-bedroom flat feel during the week. The owner has a separate area with his own bathroom and is only present occasional weekends. He is very respectful, often out, and keeps to his own space, so you can enjoy the flat  as your own most of the time. The living area is your own space. The kitchen is shared but rarely used. All bills included (council tax, gas, electric and water), plus your own private parking space (rare for the area).The flat is well presented with solid wood floors, new bedroom carpet, and a modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer). There is also an additional WC for guests, so your en-suite remains private. Direct access from the bedroom to the parking area, with a small outdoor seating space to enjoy sunny days. Part furnished – includes a TV stand (TV can be provided if needed), shelving, and table/chairs. A sofa can be provided or you’re welcome to bring your own. Bed and mattress and built in wardrobes in the bedroom. Flexible terms considered, including shorter lets. Viewings available, and you’re welcome to speak with the current lodger for reassurance.
