Spacious and bright room in Hove with balcony

Hi everyone,

We are two Italian guys in our 30s looking for a new flatmate for our home in Hove, in The Drive area, just a 5-minute walk from the seafront and less than 10 minutes from Hove Station.

The room is a spacious double, making it ideal for someone who also works from home. It has direct access to the balcony.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. The house is शांत and well maintained, so we’d prefer someone reliable, communicative, and with a considerate lifestyle—someone who enjoys living in a calm and friendly environment.

The house features a large and very bright living room with a small balcony, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.

The room will be available from May 1st and will be unfurnished (the built-in wardrobe will, of course, remains), although the bed can stay if needed for free.

Rent is £850 per month, all bills included.
