The bedroom is provided unfurnished and is available to professionals for a minimum 6 month term and on a single occupancy basis only.

The housemates are a friendly group, generally working 9-5 sort of jobs and are looking for someone similar to take the room. The housemates always get the final decision on who moves in with them, so they all get on well.

The house has a large kitchen/diner and the kitchen is provided fully equipped with all necessary equipment and integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are two fridge freezers providing plenty of space for everyone and there's a dining area with table and chairs.

The kitchen has patio doors opening onto the large south facing garden provided with seating and a bbq for when the weather permits. There is also a shed for secure bike storage.

The lounge has large sofas with a 40" flat screen tv.

The rent includes all utility bills (Gas, electricity, council tax, water, high-speed wireless internet, tv licence) and a cleaner is provided for the communal areas of the house.

It is only a short walk to both Aldrington (5 mins) and Hove (15 mins) train stations. It is also conveniently located next to the bus links on the Portland Road allowing for easy commuting into Brighton and elsewhere, whilst still being only a 10 mins walk from Hove seafront and 5 mins by car to the A27.
