The flat itself is gorgeous... All high ceilings and located on The Drive, 5 minute walk to the beach!

Flat mates are all vacating the flat at the beginning of October due to contract ending, I managed to find somewhere else sooner so need someone to rent my current/old room for the remaining month. I've decided to include all bills in the rent of £500 for the month. This amount is for a single person renting only, if a couple want to rent the amount will be £600...

This arrangement would very much suit anyone moving to the area and needing somewhere to stay whilst they look for something more permanent.
