Located on one of the Avenues in hove, you'll be living with the sea at the bottom of the road, perfect for a jog or walk along the seafront on a sunny day. Hove lawns are right on your doorstep with loads of events and food festivals. And the best bit; summer BBQs on the beach after 6pm too! There are loads of local shops, gyms, bars, restaurants (giggling squid is amazing for Thai food!) and cafes within a minute or two's walk. Food shopping is easy too, supermarket and convenience stores within easy walking distance. If you're looking to travel further afield transport links are brilliant. Frequent buses and taxis at the top of the road, 10 minute walk to Hove mainline train station and plenty of on-street parking (N Parking Zone). Walking into Brighton is easy too, I always enjoy the walk.

Located in a converted Victorian house, the flat is divided into generously sized rooms; Two bedrooms, both with their own en suite, so no sharing bathrooms or waiting for the shower to be free before work. Large lounge. Decent sized kitchen stocked up with all the crockery etc you'll need. The flat has its own entrance, not shared with other flats, making if feel safe and secure and great for postal deliveries.
