Double room in beautiful penthouse flat

I absolutely love living here and I now a double bedroom available to let. The flat itself is modern, spacious and full of natural light. It also benefits from high grade sound-proofing, is very energy efficiency and has a large west-facing balcony. I've also taken some trouble to create a lovely aesthetic feel here.

The ideal person would be able to strike the right balance between having time to themselves and having a wee chat now and then. I'd like to live with someone who has the same essential qualities that my good friends have - creativity, humour, individuality. Hence with viewings, I'd like to get to know a bit about you and your personality,

Cleanliness is quite important to me, just makes for a much better home.

The flat includes my very loving cat, Luna. As I may plan to be away next year for a week or more at a time, she'll be on the interview panel as well.

The room in the first photo is available from Sept. 1, however it is possible to move in earlier on Aug.19 until Sept 1 into the master bedroom which i have posted as the last photo.
