Looking for a tidy, friendly professional female or male in full time work to rent out the top floor of our spacious house.
It's a big fully furnished, light airy bedroom with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Three windows in the main space overlook Hove at various aspects.
There is a desk for work space, a double bed, 2 hanging spaces for clothes, a chest of drawers for storage and a large armchair. bedding and towels provided. Good broadband.
There is also a mini fridge in the room and you can also eat in our kitchen with washing machine, oven, dishwasher etc.

We are a brisk 15 minute to the seafront, 3 mins from Hove station, and served by some excellent bus routes and trains. Great connections to London make it a very easy commute. There is room outside to store a bike safely.

Hove has a great variety of restaurants and beachside activities-including padel, yoga, tennis, lots of country walks and pubs etc.
And wonderful cycle routes all over the city.

Hove is a very cosmopolitan place to live, friendly and tolerant.
I work in live events, and have a 22 yr old son, who lives abroad.
BUT, It's not a party house so would prefer no extra guests please!
