My name is Layla, I am moving out of my house share due to buying a property. You'll be sharing with one Spanish 34 year old female and a 34yr old male. I have lived with Vinny for the last 4 years, and have known him for 10+ years. Sonsoles moved in a few months ago. Both are really lovely and I will miss them a lot!
We have lived in the property for 4 years and have a good relationship with the landlord.
It's a pretty chilled house, but they do also like to socialise at the local pub. Sonsoles loves to run so if your into that you'll hit it off straight away.
It's a pretty relaxed household, we obviously like to keep the place clean and tidy. An older flat mate is preferred, someone who's not looking to throw parties every day.
The shared areas consist of kitchen/dinner, garden, bathroom with w/c and shower room with w/c (that's right two toilets!!) and lounge.
We are looking for someone to move in on the 1st of August so if your interested give me a call and we can arrange for you to come and view the room.
