I'm a over 30 professional looking for someone to rent a room in beautiful sea view, two bedroom flat on Kingsway, hove. I have lived here for the last 5 years and I absolutely love the flat, the area.

The flat is situated on the top floor(3rd level) with stunning views both front and
back. At the back of the property we have made a balcony area to enjoy the summer sun with a nice glass of wine. You will have access to the garden below and parking on the shop premises next door between the hours of 6pm-9am each day. The surrounding areas has restricted parking from 11am-12pm and again from 6pm-7pm so a parking permit may be required, although the benefits of parking at the shop may work for you.

I am looking for a new flatmate and the room is available at the end of June 2020

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with brand new appliances including a washing machine, fridge and oven. The room comes unfurnished.

I am sociable, love a good night out as well as relaxing indoors. I am very tidy and a friendly person and I am looking for someone who has the same qualities. I am very busy with work, social engagements and fitness routines so I spend a lot of time out and about, but when I am home I am very easy going!

The price is based at its average but prices may differ slightly during winter months for heating. We are on a smart meter system so Its is much less during the hotter months what I tend to build the credit up during the summer so that it doesn’t get too expensive during the colder months but you may have to add a little extra during the winter maximum £10 per month.

A 6 weeks deposit is required of £712.50 which will be held in a protection scheme until you decide to vacate the property.
