My name is Silvia 40 years old and I'm self-employed. I run my own ceramics design studio in Brighton. Nick is 45 and runs his own furniture and lighting studio based in Newhaven. We are a couple. We both have very busy working schedule and also work some weekends.

Our house is located in a beautiful friendly neighbourhood in Hove with a great local pub the Better Half. It is 2 minutes from the seafront, shops, bakeries, restaurants, bus stop and the King Alfred Leisure Centre. To cycle to central Brighton takes 15-20 minutes direct cycle path down the seafront (the nearest Sobi point is George Street). Bus is around 30 mins and to walk 40 mins, with a wind behind me I can smash it in 30 mins! Hove train station with direct links to London is 10 mins walk.

The flat is split over 3 levels with a shared garden but we are the only ones taking care of it and using it in the Spring/Summer time. Kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob. We don't have a microwave. We both love cooking and sometimes host dinner parties for our friends. There's south facing large lounge. One shared bathroom with shower over bath and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are on the top floor.

Your room is approx. 3.2 x 3.3 m. It is furnished with two single stack up beds, single build in wardrobe and a separate clothes rail, chester of drawers, study desk with shelves, bedside table, lounge chair, mirrors, and table lights. The window has a black out blind and a curtain, double glazed sash window. The floor is painted light grey wooden boards with a rug. There're pillows and cushions and double duvet as well as all bedding, towels and a blanket. It's a very cosy room and facing the back of the house.

All bills are included. We have gas central heating.
Our diet is balanced and we are not vegetarians.
Due to only one bathroom, unfortunately we do not allow night stays of friends/partners.
You can join us for a chat or enjoy your privacy in your room. All the cleaning of communal areas is done by myself and Nick. You only need to look after your room and crockery used in the kitchen and do your own washing.
The flat has a Fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector.
I hope this gives you an idea. Face to face chat is the best though.
