I have a loft room to let at the top of my house full of light. It has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, storage trunk and table and chairs. The room has its own shower and toilet. Hanging space for clothes is available on another floor.
The ceilings do slope so it is most suitable for someone not too tall!. There is full use of well equipped kitchen but no shared sitting room. There is a washing machine and outside clothes line to dry clothes.
I will be looking for a quiet person, a full time student or professional person. I do not wish to rent the room to someone who works from home or who is at home a lot during the day. I can consider a Monday to Friday arrangement for a slightly reduced rent.
The location of the house is five minutes from the sea and two minutes walk from shops, cafes, and buses to every part of Brighton and Hove including the universities.
