Big bright room in lovely relaxed, friendly spacious home offered mid-week only (or very short let - 1 to 6 weeks). Your room over-looks the leafy back garden plus you have exclusive use of main bathroom next to the room. In the room, there's a very comfortable small double bed, desk/chair, table-lamp, chest of drawers and hanging-rail. In the house there is a large kitchen/diner and living room plus utility room. where you can use washer/dryer by arrangement. We are a mile from the beach, 8 minutes walk to Hove Station (where you can get into Brighton in 5 minutes and all university sites 25 mins) and the number 5 bus route to all parts of Brighton and Hove is on our doorstep with other useful bus-routes nearby - it is also possible to walk most places in the city. There are a range of great restaurants, pubs and shops close by and. we live on a very friendly residential street close to all amenities including supermarkets (Waitrose, Lidl, Tesco etc). Parking is restricted in the area but there are some pay and display bays..
