The house is currently occupied by myself and my partner with one room used for occasional Airbnb. We also have a little King Charles Spaniel called Bella.

The rent is £800 pcm which includes all bills, and WiFi, It is a double room on its own floor with a bathroom and one other bedroom. The bathroom is mostly for your own private use and only used by other occasional house guests.

Included is a double bed and fitted wardrobe and side drawers. a mirror and a small desk and chair.

The house is a new build eco house, with triple glazing and new appliances. It is very warm and cosy with constant hot water. The kitchen is fitted with all new modern appliances, including oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine/dryer.

The bathroom is spacious and includes a bath and powerful shower.
