Household appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer. There is a new, shared bathroom with bath and power shower and a lovely, freshly painted kitchen.

The property is very well located with plenty of pubs and cafes within a short distance. There is a local off-licence just around the corner and a co-op approximately a 5 min walk away. It is an extremely friendly block and a we all respect each other.

A little about me, I am a 40-year-old writer and teacher. My working hours vary and I am sometimes at home during the day.

I’m looking for a quiet, friendly, considerate flatmate. No smokers or party animals.

I have a lovely rescue dog called Pimms. She loves people and goes everywhere with me so she’ll never be left in the flat on her own. I can offer a slightly reduced rate (£575) if you were prepared to look after her from time to time.
