About the flat.
This is a beautiful 2 bedroom flat located in Kemptown. This is a real home :). The sea is across the street in front of the house, pubs and shops are a short walking distance away.
The flat has a very spacious lounge and open kitchen with fridge freezer, bathroom with bath and shower and lots of storage.
The room is half furnished. Has the space for a small double and leads to a little garden.
About me.
I travel a lot and I am very spiritual. Candles and incent are always around :). I love to keep the flat inspiring and clutter free.
For job I do reiki and EFT practitioner and I am a research nurse.
I enjoy meaningful conversations and a laugh, a dinner time to time together. I am looking for someone like minded.
About the price
575 included broadband, £550 deposit plus bills. If you are a couple, £675 the rent and bills divided by 3.
