The flat is on Eaton Place just a stones throw from the seafront and Kemptown village. The Royal Sussex County Hospital is literally at the top of the road so ideal for someone needing to work or visit there. There are great transport links with bus stops at the top and bottom of the road.
Rent is £650 pcm (plus £650 deposit) and bills are approximately £120 each pcm. Please note I'm looking for one person rather than a couple.
