Gas and electricity are supplied with renewable Octopus energy. Bathroom with toilet on ground floor, second loo on first floor landing. Galley kitchen so we must take turns.
Very close to all major bus routes and beautiful Queenspark 5 mins walk away. Seafront in 15/20mins walking distance as well as the town centre. Hilly it is around the area so can't be shy of a good hike. Parking is available weekdays, but not 11-12am and 6-7pm , free all weekend and in some surrounding streets.
Friendly lived in home, EASY going, multi cultural-household, respectful of each other essential.
