Looking for an awesome person, (girl or guy) to join this lovely new flat!

Completely renovated in 2020, splitting the house into two flats. This advert is the upper flat and the bedroom is at the top of the house.

It is a good sized double room. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. This can removed if you have your own stuff.

Tenants are a mix of young professionals. It would be nice if whoever moves in is social, but no pressure. Beautiful new shared kitchen/living room to lounge about or cook up a storm in, with balcony with sea views and a garden out back for those with green fingers!

House is at the top of the hill behind the Hospital in Kemptown, with town a 20min walk. Good bus (37b) links and local shops all within walking distance. Its a hell of a hill, but like to think the view is worth it.. or at worst its healthy!

ALL bills included; gas, electric, water, house cleaning products, wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine etc + we have a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.
