I have just finished developing this beautiful house; so everything is nice and new.
I live a few doors down, as a live-in-landlord - so I know exactly what is important in potential flatmates for you and how to operate a decent landlord.
The house is huge! The upper flat has its own Kitchen/Living room, balcony, bathroom and access to the garden, as well as drive space for multiple cars.
3 friends already live in the upper flat (Carl, Annie and Lotte). We are looking for a flatmate to take the final huge room. As you can see from the photo it really is massive.
