**Room 1:** A spacious master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, available for £700 per month excluding bills. Couples are welcome at £1000 per month excluding bills. You'll have access to the downstairs bathroom.

**Room 2:** We also have a smaller double room available for £550 per month excluding bills. Sorry, no couples in this room.

Our home is ideally located just a 6-minute walk from the Royal Sussex Hospital and a 8-minute stroll from the seafront. Kemptown is 5-minute walk away. Plus, there's a woodland area at the end of the street with stunning views of Brighton. There’s also a cute pub at the end of the street.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, dresser, and bedside table.

We're a LGBTQ+ friendly household and have a lovely miniature dachshund, so being pet-friendly is a must.
