Room available in friendly, central flat

Beautiful cosy flat, centrally located just off St James St and one block away from the seafront. Really well kept, kitchen area and bathroom immaculate and modern, timber floors.
The room is approx 2.45 x 2.65m, for 700pm* bills included. Currently furnished with a small double bed, drawers and a wardrobe, but any of these can be removed if you have your own furniture or want to change anything! Due to space I'd rather someone who doesn't work from home full time, although the odd day is fine - I also wfh sometimes when I cba to go to the office or just need some peace and quiet :)


*As the rent includes bills, it's likely that this will increase as energy prices rise in the next few months, but this will be directly related to our utility bill increases (I'm with octopus and they've been great at keeping prices down so far).

My requirements:
The communal area isn't massive so I think it's really important we're compatible as flatmates! A friendly, social person is super important, I understand we all need our space, but I like to be able to socialise, drink and eat together occasionally, go to gigs or events etc. Someone easy going and creative, vegan/vegetarian preferred but not essential. Must be open minded, LGBTQ+ friendly.

A bit more about me.. I am a design engineer working in wearable tech, generally a creative person. I love art and design, listen to a lot of music - usually techno and dub, but very open and enjoy most stuff! Enjoy being outdoors and active.

I'll be out of town this week visiting family, but should be back and able to meet people and host viewings from the 7th, I'll be available most evenings and weekends. I would rather check we're compatible before meeting in person, so if you don't have a profile please include some info when responding.
