Huge room in Kemptown, near the sea!

Unfortunately, my housemates (a couple) are moving for work reasons. Their room suits a couple or single looking to have plenty of living space! Please note that the price on the side is for singles, for couples the rent would be £850 (even split per person, and you have a significantly bigger room).

You will have full exclusive access to your own bathroom. You can also expect full shared use of the kitchen (equipped with a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, five gas hobs, and two ovens), living room, and access to the garden.
The room is already very spacious, but if you are looking for more space you also have the option of using two extra storage rooms (one inside, one outside).

The flat is an easy-going 15 minutes from the center of Brighton, and less than 5 minutes to the hospital in Kemptown or the seafront. It also has excellent transport links to Brighton and Hove, and direct links to Brighton station and the Universities.

The room was originally unfurnished but the current occupants are willing to sell any piece of furniture if needed.

Finally, I bake quite regularly and I am keen on sharing the results, which means you will be probably offered some fresh-out-of-the-oven treats.
