Double room on Kemptown seafront in spacious 3 bed

A lovely double room is available in our beautiful Kemp town seafront flat. The room has a pretty garden view, high ceilings and we have loads of storage space in the hallway. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is homely and well-stocked. The contract is up for renewal in September when we will be signing for a further year. As our current housemate is moving out early the room is available immediately for an earlier moving date if needed.

We are Sophie and Sim, both in our early thirties, and are both professionals working from home in our spacious Kemptown abode (we work in travel and education). The flat is stunning, it is regency style with wooden floorboards throughout, loads of light, and views of the sea and sunset every day. In the winter you can see the murmurations from the flat and we have a working fireplace for cozy nights in. The kitchen is particularly large with lots of storage space, an American-style fridge-freezer, butler sink, range gas cooker, and a dishwasher. There is plenty of space for 3 people to be cooking dinner at the same time.

We are open, friendly, and looking for someone who is looking for a home rather than just a room and will fit in with our chilled but considerate vibe.
