Hello everybody I’m Pierpaolo, 26 from Italy. I’ve been living in the flat since last year with two flatmates and sadly in august one of them will leave the country to follow her dreams. Hence we are after a new person to take over her room from 10november because we don’t want to leave the flat, is so lovely!
The bedroom comes furnished, while the sharing space are: living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen.
The flat is quite spacious and is built on 3 floors, it includes complete kitchen (gas cooker, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher), cosy living room(as in pictures), bathroom with bath and washing machine.
The house is well located in between Kemptown and B Marina (just next to Lidl), close to the seafront and the East Park, and 2 min walk to the bus stop (1, 1A, 7, 23). The house is on a public street so parking permit will be necessary in case you have a car.
My flatmate Sara (24) and I are two professional working 40h/week and we looking for a person aged between 23 and 30, full time professional able to provide the references (job & house) and willing to stay here 9 months.
The monthly rent is 504£ and bills are paid separately, the amount is something around 100/120£ a month max comprehensive of electricity, gas, water, council tax and WiFi. No agency fee need to be paid cause you’ll deal directly with the house’s landlord and the deposit is £580. There’s an option to take the room for couple with an additional £110/month on top to the rent.
