I have a spare room available from 16th Jan.

The bills are included however obviously prices are due to go up so this could increase dependant on what happens.

Have a private landlord who is lovely. He will require a reference and you to have a guarantor.

All furniture is in the flat apart from your own room which you would need to supply.

There is a car park at the back of the flat which I believe is about £20 a week for a private space, otherwise street parking has no waiting list and is approx £150 a year - band C.

The location really is perfect for hospital, police or central city workers. The flat is a 2min walk from the seafront and 10mins into town (South Lanes area). Morrisons is less than a 10min walk, Lidl is a 5 min drive and Asda less than a 10 min drive. I’d say about a 15min walk to the station. Great location in the summer to quickly get down to the beach after work!

Not after any students or couples please. I enjoy a drink and socialising but also enjoy my own space! I do like clean and tidy people so if you are pretty untidy I probably won’t be your ideal housemate 😂

I’m very sociable so am not always around in the evenings or at weekends however when I’m around I’m more than happy to eat together, binge watch a Netflix series, have a glass of wine or get a takeaway in!
