We are looking for someone to rent our beautiful one bedroom flat for around 3 weeks between April 21st- may12th . The displayed rate of 300 is for 1 week so the full cost would be 900 plus bills (gas/electric is on a smart reader + water+internet . The flat is spacious and light with high ceilings and tall french windows. It has a bath, shower, double bed, utility room and a big garden. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood right near the sea. Plenty of good walks near by and bus 11 minutes direct to brighton station.
This is our main home so it comes furnished. The security deposit is to ensure the safety of our things.
