Small but perfectly formed room by the sea

I'm renting a single room (although the bed extends to a king sized if/when needed) in a bright flat with a large patio garden, at the far end of Kemptown, with the beach at the end of the road.

Sharing with me and my (very) friendly, fluffy cat.

The flat is well located - 10 mins walk from the Hospital, opposite Lidl, close to the amenities at the Marina, very close to several direct bus routes into town, with all the benefits of the sea + quiet end of the beach and East Brighton Park (leading to the South Downs) on the doorstep.

I work from home 2 days a week but there is also a decent desk in the bedroom, and I'm in London 3 days a week and often away at weekends so there will be plenty of time when you have the place to yourself - i just asked that you feed Fluff when I'm not around.

The flat is nice and light with high ceilings and a modern, fully equipped kitchen and rainfall shower. I'm a laid-back professional who works in marketing and Fluffing Puffin (the cat) loves human company, attention and cuddles.
