We have a lovely double room available from 1st December, situated a 10 minute walk to Brighton Station and a 5 minute walk to the Pier.
Bills are £160 a month.
Room is available immediately and the tenancy will be until September.
We are a very sociable household but also love our own space too.
Bryan works in events and I (Natalie) work mostly from home, just one day a week in the office.
We always keep on top of cleaning and tidying so that is a must for us when considering a new tenant.
