Helloooo house hunters!
I'm looking for a new (long-term) flatmate to move in ASAP on/after July 1st! I currently live in a 2-bed maisonette with my cat in a prime Kemptown location just between Buzz Bingo & RSCH!
£950 pcm – includes rent, electricity, gas, water, council tax, wifi & a fortnightly cleaner
Looking for a working professional that is communicative, clean, tidy, organised, respectful, reliable, and helpful around the house; male or female I don’t mind! But equally someone fun, outgoing, and spontaneous – be it for a pint after work or open mic and quiz nights or anything like that, really – I don’t want us to just be passing ships!
More about me – I’m a creative individual and like sewing, crafting, writing, reading, etc. I enjoy going to yoga & pilates, cycling, long walks, rollerskating, all that kind of jazz, and am always up for discovering weird and wonderful workshops and events and gigs around town. Above everything, I adore cooking and baking and I spend a LOT of time in the kitchen, so looking for someone who doesn't have a lot of kitchen stuff but is also not a "chicken nuggets and chips" kind of person...
Please note the room will be furnished with a bedframe and shelves, and that the rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped (kitchen, living room, bathroom). Happy to discuss room being unfurnished should you wish...
