Hi everyone!

My 3 housemates and I (all female) are looking for 2 other people (ideally also female) to join our 6 bedroom house from August to next August.

We're a friendly bunch of tidy and considerate 4th year medical students based at RSCH that will be heading into our final year.

It's a lovely house based just slightly off of Kemptown, in Whitehawk, closest bus stops are 2 and 5 mins away to head into town and LIDL is a 8 mins walk away.

It's got two spacious bathrooms as well as a living room and given all, the rent is really affordable at £572 a month and we currently do bills separately and it amasses to approx £90 a month.

I've attached some photos of the communal areas in the house but I have a link to a video of the whole house and the rooms available can be seen clearly - you need to message me to have it because spare room won't let me attach it :(
