You will be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other tenant as the other bedrooms are en suite. It is therefore super important that whoever moves in is clean.

Close to amenities such as public transport and shops, near Royal Sussex County Hospital.

Flat has large open plan living/dining area attached to sizeable kitchen with all white goods including a dish washer.

Communal front garden space perfect for chilling in the sun.

Bills not included in the rent. Council tax is £41.25 each per tenant per month. Other bills amount to roughly £75 each per month.

Existing flatmates are all professionals aged between 28 and 35 We all enjoy each other’s company but happy to hang out separately.

This is a communally minded house. We are ideally looking for people who keep shared spaces clean and tidy. Everyone chips in with cleaning to make this a nice place. We are social but this is not a party house. We are a kind, considerate and friendly household. We are liberal so people from all walks of life are welcome. We are looking for someone like minded.
