Looking for a replacement housemate. One double bedroom in a delightful semi-detached 3-bedroom house in the city center with a large private garden has become available. House-share with working professionals preferred. The current fixed-term tenancy ends on the 30th of Sep.2024, but I am planning to move out this May and need a replacement. Move-in date is flexible.
The monthly rent is £ 626, excluding bills.

Located In the vibrant Kemptown, central Brighton, minutes away from the seafront, the lanes, and bus stops are on its doorstep. It comes with a garden and two patios.

Fully fitted Kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, gas hobs, and central heating. The bathroom is shared and is fitted with a shower plus a Victorian bathtub. The room is unfurnished. I have put some floating shelves up that I'm more than happy to leave up for you.

Single occupants only.
The applicant must be able to pay the first month's rent on or before the first date of rent plus 5 weeks' rent as the deposit.

Current flatmates:

Joe and James, lovely flatmates, both responsible working professionals. Joe works at Gatwick Airport and likes to socialize and have some friends over on the weekends, yet very respectful and tidy. James is out most of the time and you don't see him much, but tidy and respectful. He enjoys working out and early mornings.

The house is not a party flat but the occasional gathering and bevvy is obviously welcome.
