A huge room with a double bed, plenty of storage, with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers. As per contract the flat comes unfurnished but I’m happy to leave a lot of the furnishings in.

You’ll be sharing the three bed flat with 1 person, who is the best housemate in the world.
1 spare room for guests. (Furnished with a king size bed for family friends visits)
