The flat is very close to St Peters Church only 3min walk from Old Stein, 6 min walk to Brighton station.
The room has small double bed, shalfs and tail for clothes.
And it's available from 10th of October.
Council tax included. Water is £28pp and gas and electricity depending on usage.

We are looking for mature, professional female flatmate. Must be independent, tidy and respectful.
We do like to socialise but our flat is no party place. We do work a lot. And have different shift pattern so we don't see each other often.
We would like to find someone with similar life style.
