We have a lovely light large double room available to sublet from 7th May - 6th June
May is one of the most exciting months in Brighton with the Fringe festival, Great Escape, and artists open houses. 😊
The room is fully furnished with two large built-in wardrobes, double bed, desk/chair, and chest of drawers.
You will also have sole use of a big bathroom with shower and bath.
You would be living with my lovely friend Jordan, she is a 31yo freelance yoga teacher and writer. She is a dream to live with - super tidy, respectful. We are looking for someone similar who with take care of the space. :)
The room is in a 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms, and shared open-plan living space with kitchen/dining area and lounge. The flat has high ceilings, big windows and lots of natural light. There is a large cupboard for extra storage in the hallway.
The area is lovely and village-like, with a cafe next door and lots of little shops and pubs around. We are a 5 minute walk from the sea and 20 minute walk from the centre of town/15 min bus to station.
If you cycle, there are Beryl Bikes opposite our flat, and space to store 1 bike in the hallway cupboard downstairs if you have your own .
Room would be perfect for a female or a couple (price would be slightly more for a couple, please get in touch to discuss :) )
