I have a large spare double bedroom available. The flat is lower ground floor but once up the few steps to the pavement, you get an open view of the sea, Marina and Pier.

The room looks out onto the rear patio which isn't overlooked. Unlike the pier end of Kemptown, the area is incredibly quiet at night so no need to worry about over-partied tourists waking you in the early hours. The flat has two bathrooms; one with a shower and one with a bath.

The flat has cable and fast broadband. All the bills are included except the electricity which is between £55 - £65 per month, meaning the sharers contribution will be £27 - £32 per month.

My occupation is as a freelance computer contractor and most of my work is in London so I'm up early and out. I'm currently between contracts so I'm at the flat most of the time, however, this situation will change soon and I'll be back to my early to bed early to rise habit!

Ultimately, I would like to be a professional writer and have written a mystery novel and also a film script which I'm currently trying to attract interest in from agents and publishers. I'm currently writing on a "classic" Whodunit - a writer, who is also a sceptic is found dead and soon 6 "psychics", a couple of lovers, a pair of grasping relatives and the man's literary agent become suspects - I can't wait to see how it turns out!
