Room for rent

Beautiful period house in a great location on the edge of Kemptown village, with lots of shops and pubs nearby. It's a 20 minute walk to Churchill Square and the train station or there are bus stops close by if you prefer.

Looking for a quiet individual to rent a good sized double room in my flat. I work from home myself so I'm looking for someone who works in the day. General use of the kitchen, garden and bathroom (although I have an en-suite so there's no problem with a queue for a shower in the morning!).This is a flat with a room for rent and general reasonable use of facilities.

This is not a party house as I own the property and like it keep it tidy and in the very good condition that it is currently in. I like my privacy so I'm afraid the living room is my space but I'm sociable so not always out of bounds and of course I would respect your privacy also.

I am looking for someone quiet respectful and considerate of others. £625 a month is inclusive of all bills including council tax and a cleaner (twice a month)
