A lovely double room is available now as our wonderful housemate has moved on, so we are looking for a relaxed, easygoing female to share our home. Ideally, someone who can move in soon and is looking for a place to truly call home rather than somewhere transient.
Rent: £750 per calendar month (fully inclusive of all bills)

About our home:
Our home is a modern mid-terrace house, kept very clean and tidy. We have a south-facing patio garden with seating and a BBQ – perfect for relaxing in the warmer months.

We are situated in the heart of Kemptown, walking distance to the Hospital and Queen’s Park, and around a 20-minute walk to Brighton station and the city centre.

The bedroom is on the ground floor and is clean, bright, and fully furnished with a double bed (orthopaedic mattress), double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and an original Victorian fireplace.

All bills are included, along with broadband and Wi-Fi.
The house also has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

We do have a very friendly older cat called Dave, so you must be cat-friendly and happy to help out with him when we have the odd weekend or holiday away.
About us:
We are a laid-back couple in our mid-forties (young at heart!) who work during the week and tend to have quiet evenings watching Netflix. At weekends, we occasionally enjoy hosting a relaxed dinner or sharing a glass of wine. We’re sociable and friendly, while also respecting your privacy and space.
