You'll be living with a kind Hong Kongese middle aged landlady that speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Bus stops are 4min walk away, going to Lewes town center and Brighton. Buses every 10mins roughly. Takes around 13min to get to Sussex university. Bus number 28 and 29. Unfortunately not many services after 12.30am midnight.
